TELIX UPDATE: Record Revenue as Pipeline Sets Up a Defining 2026
Telix Pharmaceuticals has reported FY2025 group revenue of US$803.8 million, a 56% year-on-year increase landing at the upper end of guidance. The result was driven by strong demand for Illuccix and early contributions from Gozellix, supported by modest volume and pricing gains…
In Line With, But Not Ahead Of, Expectations Analyst consensus heading into the result had converged around the US$800-823 million range, with Ord Minnett having upgraded its guidance forecast back in October 2025 and UBS flagging a minor Q4 revenue miss against their internal estimates. The full-year delivery effectively neutralised those fourth-quarter concerns, confirming the business is executing to plan even if it isn't materially surprising to the upside. Where the result draws more scrutiny is on the profitability line. Adjusted EBITDA of US$39.5 million represents a significant step down from the US$99.3 million equivalent recorded in FY2024, reflecting the cost of growth — acquisitions of ARTMS, IsoTherapeutics and RLS, along with elevated R&D expenditure of US$157.1 million for late-stage pipeline assets. Morgan Stanley had flagged pipeline delivery risk as a key variable, and while the R&D spend came in as guided, the compression in earnings will keep that debate alive heading into FY2026. Catalysts Remain the Story With the financials largely meeting expectations, the investment case increasingly rests on pipeline execution. Citi had identified the Pixclara resubmission and TLX591 clinical data as the two most consequential near-term catalysts, and that view is unchanged post-result. Bell Potter's thesis around the BiPASS trial — which could represent a two-to-three times expansion of the addressable market — also remains a longer-dated but high-impact watch point. Broker price targets range from US$22.60 to US$34.00, with an average implying substantial upside from current levels. The FY2025 result does little to challenge those targets, and arguably reduces one of the key overhang risks — revenue execution — that had kept some investors cautious. The Read-Through Telix is a company in deliberate investment mode. The moderation in EBITDA is a known and largely accepted consequence of building the supply chain and acquiring the capabilities needed to compete globally in radiopharmaceuticals. What the market will now focus on is whether 2026 guidance — expected to reflect Gozellix reimbursement dynamics and pipeline newsflow — demonstrates that the spending phase is beginning to translate into durable earnings power. Watch the interview Telix CEO, Dr Christian Behrenbruch For now, the result is a quiet validation rather than a catalyst in itself...
